Service Terms

€ Current Day Rate: €900 (€800 for assignments exceeding ten days)

€ Day Rate from May 2026: €950 (€850 for assignments exceeding ten days)

Travel Policy:

  • No day rate charged for travel days unless the assignment is less than five days outside Europe
  • Client covers travel expenses: flights, hotels, rental cars (excluding meals and fuel)
  • Weekend hotel and car rental costs are covered by the client during extended stays
  • Economy class travel standard; business class for flights over three hours when same-day work is required

Location: Based in Denmark. If alternative departure points reduce costs, the savings are passed to the client.

Billing: Invoiced through Diginicki at assignment completion or monthly intervals. Payment terms: Net 30 days.
